In this paper, it carried out a detailed analysis of the working principle of ball mill and the mill ball movement forms through the theoretical analysis method. It draw the conclusion that the factors affecting working efficiency mainly include the ball mill turning speed, the steel ball diameter、gradation、fill ratio、ball mill liners and so on. Through they were reasonable improved, can effectively improve the work efficiency of the ball mill.
